Hello Brothers,

Great news! We will be emailing contribution statements to anyone who has an email address on file or gave online, which will dramatically reduce costs and work of getting these required documents out.

To aid in this, we need as many email addresses on file as possible. With the updates to membership process, all new baptisms/restorations/move-ins are recording email address, but there is still a large part of the church where we do not have their email addresses stored.

Please make the following announcement during contribution this week to let people know their statements are coming and request that they fill out this 30-second form to provide the office their email address:

The church will be providing contribution statements for anyone that gave an individual donation over $250 or gave online in 2019. If you have an email address on file with the church or gave online your statement will be sent digitally, otherwise it will be provided to your physical mailing address. If you are not sure if the church has your email address, please submit a 30 second form now at nyccoc.net/email to ensure you receive it digitally.
