Can my groceries can be delivered directly to my hotel room?

If you will be in the room during the two (2) hour delivery window
call us with your room number, our driver will do his/her best to
coordinate delivery directly to your room. If not present, most hotel/
resorts offer bell services (For COD orders you must be in your room).
Just call bell services and they will deliver them to your room when
you arrive.

Here is a list of resorts that currently offer bell service drop-off:
- Animal Kingdom Lodge
- Swan and Dolphin Resorts
- Disney’s Polynesian
- Grand Floridian
- Disney’s Contemporary Resort (Bay Lake Tower)
- Coronado Springs
- Beach Club
- Disney’s Yacht Club
- Wyndham Bonnett Creek
- Disney’s Boardwalk Resort

For other hotels/resorts we recommend you contact them and confirm if
bell services are available.

How are my groceries packaged?
Your groceries are methodically packaged under sanitary conditions
with special care given to fresh foods and perishables. All frozen
foods are packed into insulated containers that keep frozen foods
frozen while isolating them from other packaged goods such as produce.
When you receive your groceries, they are in the same condition they
were in the grocer's case.

How much in advance do I need to order?

We highly recommend 72 hours or more, in advance of when you need your
groceries. Thanks to our Loyal Customers and their referrals, our
delivery dates and times fill up fast. As we continue to increase our
staff to accommodate the demand for our service, our goal of 100% on
time deliveries, on your preferred day of the week, is our first
priority for our Loyal Customers.

Will my cold and frozen items (perishables) be in the same condition
when I receive them?

For Resorts/Hotels:
Yes, most hotels have a refrigerator and freezer to store your
perishables. They will be logged-in under your last name at bell
services/luggage room. Just stop by or call bell services when you
arrive, and they will arrange the delivery to your room. If you are
not staying in a Disney hotel, we recommend calling your hotel in
advance to discuss and understand their delivery policies, procedures
and to find out if they have a refrigerator/ freezer to store your
perishables.

For Home Delivery:
Yes, we utilize coolers with freezer packs and dry ice to ensure your
perishables are as cold / frozen as they are when they leave our
refrigerators and freezers.

How much info do I need to provide on the order to make sure it
arrives at my hotel?

Please include as much information about the exact location as
possible.

For example:

*Including your cell phone number is also HIGHLY recommended.

What happens if I give the wrong delivery information?
Incorrect delivery information may cause a delay of up to two days in
delivery. The cost of a second delivery due to incorrect address
information is $20 and it is the purchaser's responsibility.
Therefore, please double check the delivery information you provide us
carefully, especially zip code information.
