Funding from TRA for Gardeners of Aden

The Gardeners of Aden would like to thank the TRA for agreeing to fund half the costs for the completion of the Garden of Aden - £375 of the £700 needed.
Marco spoke to Brian last night to work out the finer details. As the TRA are awaiting overdue funds from Hackney Homes (for various reasons), we agreed that the gardeners ofAden would raise the £375 between them and that the TRA would would forward the money to us when Hackney Homes release it. Of course, we will provid detailed accounts and receipts of what we spend.
If you could confirm this is OK in writing before any of our members spend their own personal money, it would be a great help.
