Good afternoon Jennifer

As you have probably noticed the allotments at the rear of the building have been a huge success with residents from across the estates getting involved and enjoying the benefits of growing their own. 

We are now starting to plan for the remaining section and there are a few things that we would like to ask you, as the estate manager, before we get started. Would it therefor be possible to meet you at the plot to discuss our plans? 

If so, please let me know when would be good.
