Some more funding and at least one new member

Hi all,

Good news, the TRA have agreed to give us some more money so we can finish the last few plots next to the compost bins. They've also agreed to give "us" some money to re-do the shrubbery in the middle of the Burma Court estate (this is mostly Daphne and Ezra has said he'll give her a hand). As to precisely how much I don't yet know, but it will probably be around £400 for both.

Thanks to Mona leafleting Aden lodge it looks like we have a new member - Mrs Perihan Koka at 11 Aden lodge. I will give her Alison's old plot (5th from the far wall) and will hopefully meet up with her this weekend to hand it over.

I believe Kate who lives with Daphne is also interested in a plot. She can either have plot 2 (2nd from far wall) or one of the new ones). Marco can you get her to give me a call? Also Marco are you sticking with your original plot or moving to one of the new ones?

Otherwise the other posters Suzanne made should hopefully be in the noticeboards around the estate this week.

She needs to sign a copy of the constitution and also needs a key for the cubby hole.

Hi Rob

Is this ok for the TRA Treasury report?

We have 459 quid left, although Marco has an uncashed cheque for 150,
so really we have 310 pounds, ideally you should be reimbursed, but it
would make everything clearer in the accounts if reimbursement went
against a whole item, for instance the sleepers.
