A Spaniard goes to Court

So, last week (Friday) I popped off to the mighty arena known as  Southend County Court. The aim was to reopen my Bankrupt Estate [alleged] and obtain an order to compel performance against the Official Receiver - I wanted him to go collect the value of 'securities' (credit agreements/prom notes) held at the banks, and liquidate a lien or two).

To cut a long story short, twenty or so brothers and sisters turned up to lend support - which was very much appreciated.

There were quite a few laughs (atleast I found it funny) & the clerk was giggling regularly!

They did NOT rebut the 'dossier' - in fact NO ONE has! Not one Professional Body has rebutted the dossier or its contents, and on the day neither did the other side.

So Barrister Mr Matthew Parfitt (Erskine Chambers) pursued a line of attack which was to merely attack me! 

The Judge claimed to have no sufficient knowledge of the subject matter (guess she shouldn't have heard it then) and she claimed NOT to have read my paperwork! Though she did have a fantastic summing up - which appears to have been pre-prepared!

Eagle eyed witnesses (our lot) spotted she was nervous and fidgeting; also the barrister counted to ten on his fingers in between sentences he was speaking! Interesting technique.

I congratulated him on his performance a number of times [bravo] haha - and the show went on until of course until the judge ruled against me - well, that wasn't unexpected and the theatre will be back in one of a number of venues currently under consideration. But the theatre company will not be backing down on this one - despite the barrister suggesting a second civil restraining order for me! haha

Choices available to me (and potentially all to be used)

Re-open the case at southend county - this time with an 'expert witness' any volunteers (actors) volunteer to be experts?

Or Appeal via High Court - and see how they like it up them

criminal proceedings to be filed at local Magistrates (yes they are already mucking em around) hence

likely to go International criminal Proceedings at the Hague - perhaps with an overnight stay in Amsterdam!

anyhow - I trust everyone had fun - here's to stage two

and as they said in braveheart 'we don't have to beat them, we just have to fight them' - letting them know that we know that they know that we know!
