Could i request you to please use the garden-es...@googlegroups.com email group id in the future to send out these kinds of official email's as this group contains a full list of email id's which might be missing in your original email,

Please email me if you need the list of email id's contained in this group. This cuts out the possibility of missing someone for such important emails.

I also request everyone to just send emails to the garden-es...@googlegroups.com as it contains everyone.

Dear Members,

We in the Managing Committee have been working sincerely and hard to maintain the premises and buildings of the Garden Estate Condominium. We are aware, as no doubt all of you are that well maintained buildings and premises are a pleasure to live in and also appreciate a great deal more in the property market. As many of you have mentioned in your mails, Garden Estate has been running smoothly thus far. Along with resident members, who ensure peace and camaraderie in the premises, some credit is also due to the erstwhile and current Managing committees, who have been meeting regularly to resolve all types of issues that crop up from time to time.

While conducting the day to day affairs of Garden Estates Condominium, we came across many suggestions from residents. One persistent suggestion was that we should explore the option of converting the Apartment Condominium into a Co-operative Housing Society.

Not being legal people, we are not conversant with the possibility and propriety of such a move.

Hence, we have handed over the said suggestion inter-alia along with our other queries and issues to our legal advisors for their advice.

We are awaiting their opinion on the matter and shall be happy to share the same with you when it is given.

Therefore I request you to kindly avoid wasting energy on speculations and allegations.  Upon obtaining the legal advice, the same will be made known to ALL members. We shall then ponder the same and eventually put it to vote, before adopting anything.   

Looking forward to your kind co-operation and presence at the AGM on 27^th October 2012.
