This article in today's Times of India( 24 Nov 2012) should strike a common chord amongst the owners of apartments in Garden Estate.
It can be viewed in the Property section of the Pune edition of epaper of Times of India for 24 Nov 2012.
J B Patel is a well know Right to Information Activist fighting for the rights of housing societies.
All of the issues which are worrying us about Garden Estate are rightly mentioned.
One can see that we are not alone in trying to get the management to respond to our queries.There is a way of getting things done because many Housing Complexes are facing the problem of having a management committee which is "busy" and "non responsive to queries" and not so transparent.
