Hello All,

I have added my contact numbers and email addresses to the list below.

I am creating a group email id for these kinds of conversations where all flat owners will be added to this group. Anyone wishing to email everyone just needs to email this group and everyone gets the email. You only have to remember one email address.

Also by doing this we also have a list of all email communication that has happened till date and if needed can also an be used for legal matters in the future.

I am adding all the above members to whom this email is going to into this group as a start and am volunteering to be this groups administrator. Please let me know if anyone else wants to volunteer too.

I was requested to give all the telephone numbers ( that I have) of the Garden Estate Condominium flat owners. This may make communication faster and clearer.The email replies system is getting more muddlesome. The main aim of all this is to let each owner make his own decision( either say a definite "NO" to the conversion of Garden Estate from a Condominium to a Society/ or to say "YES"/or just not bother about the changes that are going to happen)
