Updates: Wolves/Welcome Dinner/Phone numbers/Calendar

Hi all,

Few quick, but important reminders:

1. Today is the due date for signing up for the Welcome Dinner. Quite a few people still need to sign up on Sign Up Genius for the # of people and what they’re bringing. We have sufficient volunteers for set up now, but we are in need of some people to grill. Please email me if you are able to help. Link below in the other email.
2. Today is also the due date for getting me the information about who is in which carpool for the Wolves tickets. I’ll paste the names below for the people that are accounted for. This is very important. You could risk forfeiting your tickets if I don’t get this information from you, as I need to get this to the Wolves and they need to process it in order to get you your tickets. If you are sending your student(s) with someone else, make sure their name appears below. If they haven’t filled out the form, double check with them. Link for the form below.
3. I’m attaching an updated phone list. Only one number was changed. Please delete the other copy.
4. The calendar should be printed and distributed in the next week. We are finalizing when the presentations happen, but we are still waiting on a few things from others. The rest of the calendar is up to date. Please follow this link to see the Google Doc calendar. The Google Calendar is fully updated with as much information as it will have. Presentations will not be added to that calendar.

Hi all,

Happy Friday! Few quick things for you:

 

1. Please sign up via Sign up Genius for the Welcome Dinner. Make sure you include your German in your RSVP count, please! Please sign up by Wed, 10/9. We could use some more help for set up and grilling. Please let me know if you can help. Set up people needed around 4:30 and grillers around 5:30.
2. Still missing information for roughly 50 tickets for the Wolves game. Please complete the form by Wed, 10/9 if you are the one providing transportation.
3. I have received one addition to the phone list. If you have any info that you’d like added or edited, please let me know by Tuesday. I’ll send out a revision on Wed.
4. Info coming soon about the Good-Bye Party. Keep an eye out!
