Wolves tickets - Please read and respond!

Hi all,
Per the Germans’ request, we have reserved a block of tickets to the Timberwolves game on Monday, November 4th against the Bucks. The game begins at 7pm and tickets are $30 each. All the Germans will be attending, but we would like to extend the offer to our host families as well. I have a block of tickets earmarked for us, but need to get them a final count by next week so we don’t lose them.
Please read all of these details thoroughly and then fill out this form, regardless of whether you would like to go to the game or not. Please fill out the form by Wednesday afternoon (the day of our meeting) so that we can make some final decisions about transportation that night.
*All Germans will attend, whether you go with them or not. Their tickets are paid for by their group, not by you.
*The activity during the day that day will be all German students at RHS during the day, and all students (Germans and Americans) meeting at the RHS Dome after school for our traditional soccer game. Anticipated end time will be 5pm.
*The dome makes for a great carpooling meeting place for the game. There is also the possibility, depending upon numbers, of taking a bus from the dome to the game. *Note* - There would not be a bus home, so carpooling home would be necessary, regardless.
*Payment for the tickets can be combined with your September or October payment. The October payment will be due at or before the Welcome Dinner on October 23rd.
*If you fill out the form, indicating you’d like tickets, you will be responsible for paying for those tickets, even if you decide not to attend.
*Seats will be in section 210, Rows L-S
