Hi all,

Please read this very carefully before submitting the form.

 

This is the email about how to get your group’s tickets for the game.

 

This form should only be filled out by the person in charge of a carpool. Ex: Mr. Schmidt is driving his family, his German, and Ms. Müller’s German to the game. Mr. Schmidt should fill out the form for his family, his German, and Ms. Müller’s German. Ms. Müller should not fill out the form at all.

 

One person, and only one, in each group will receive the tickets for the group digitally. This person must be willing to download the app required ahead of time. Use this person’s Name, email, and phone number. Ideally this is an adult. If that doesn’t work, a responsible American student.

 

Please fill this out by Wed, October 9^th. If you need a ride for your student(s), please use WhatsApp immediately to get that going. Many rides have already been determined.

 

If you have questions, please ask me before submitting the form.

 

If something changes, you have the ability to go back and edit your answer.
