Ihave a v4 server install (4.0.5 I believe) that I am trying to get working with multiple regions.

The region sidebar in the main UI shows all of the supported regions - which includes the ones I want.

In your case, I expect that the US915 gateway is forwarded to the EU868 MQTT topic prefix, or that you are not using the topic prefix and that EU868 and US915 gateway data is mixed on the same topics.

you need a gateway bridge for each region talking to the correct mqtt topic for the region as brocaar is alluding to. this is setup with the correct topics already in the chirpstack/configuration/regional_config.* file(s) which are picked up via the chirpstack.toml for the regions you have enabled. double check you have the correct topics in the config files

After upgrading the firmware to the latest, and a factory reset with the pin, the satellites still show region Europe. This needs to get fixed. There isnt even a way to remove a satellite. I have 2 satellites and they both sow Europe instead of USA. Any suggestions? Please note, I've already reset to factory default and went thru the whole setup process already.

The box says North America. I've called into tech support, they said they would email me back eventually. But now I'm noticing another problem with the satellites. I can no longer access them, the credentials keep failing. Anyone else not able to get into the satellites now?

Ok it looks like after factory resetting the satellites they lose the passwords, and are left with the original default passwords, and unfortunately there doesn't seem to be an option to change the password for the satellites. I will try changing the router password and see if they propagate to the sats.

After you do a factory reset on just the satellites, use the pin, some times the factory reset doesnt work. You'll know when it works because it won't accept your password when you try to log into the satellite. At that point, you change your password in the main router and it will update the satellites, go back in and it have should have updated to the North America, that is assuming you updated to firmware V1.4.0.18.

Even though the region code is wrong, it is making no functional difference. With 2 satellites, the system has been incredible, able to throw a strong 5Ghz signal everywhere in the house across 3 levels. Very impressed with the performance so far!

My appstore suddenly doesn't offer an app that has been working normal until recently. I wanted to reinstall it but appstore said I'm not in the correct region. I have changed my region to Netherlands (the country the app works in and in which I am currently) on all my devices and used all the recommendations online ( changing region on iTunes, on phone on Mac, even signed out of apple ID). I am now have Netherlands in all the settings as my region but still cannot download the app. How can I fix this?

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with using an app in a region that the app has worked in before. You mentioned that you changed the region back to the one it was available in. To start, check the information here to make sure all is correct to change your region: Change your Apple ID country or region

I accidentally bought the game from my russian VPN is their a way I can get it transfured to USA? Im not going to be able to do anything with it in Russia. Ive tried to go to the payment page and get the "eu version" and "upgrade it to eu" but it wants me to pay for it. Is there a way to get it changed without paying agian

Hey I also have a question but don't know how to create a topic, If I live in Poland and want to buy the game using vpn to switzerland (which has 8% VAT instead of Polish 23%), will I have issues with ping or will it find me the nearest sever in Poland, because I'm still in the Europe region?

Like the comment above, you would have to redo the install and make sure you select NA. If you are on 3.4.19274 or higher you first have to use the downgrade option in the Ford SYNC Downloader application. Once the downgrade is complete you follow the same process as you did initially except with NA region.

I am in north of Iraq i update my sync 3 v3.0 region NA to 3.4 in order to get Iraq map for my navigation ststem but unfortunately I get nothing only the same empty screen with red arrow.please any help

Thanks for the info! I did another install with version 21096 and the SiriusXM subscriptions are working, the Navigation error went away, and the voice commands for navigation is working as well. I did open up ForScan and clear a couple APIM errors before the last install. Maybe this helped as well.

All Google Cloud IPs (including the Compute Engine VMs) will seem like they're coming out of "Mountain View, CA, USA" regardless of the region they're running in. This is because they belong to the same global IP block that Google has.

My recommendation would be to not to use the IP address of a Cloud Run service (or a Compute Engine VM) to determine its region. This information is available inside the VM or container on the "metadata service".

On your location web site, simply enter the domain name run.app. You will find the same thing, Montain View, CA. In fact, when you register a domain, you put a location of this domain. Your website use this metadata to answer you a static answer.

I recently purchased WOW complete edition with the Shadowlands prepurchase. When ordered it it took me to the american payment and i have purchased it on the american region when I am EU and thats the acc I wanted it on. I have sent a ticket in which has a 3+day wait atm. I could not refund as the refund tool did not show this purchase. I was wondering what the best way to go about this? As i want the complete edition on the EU server instead of US. I have seen lots of others have had this problem and would like the know the solution.

I purchased a license 3 years ago and it worked normally until recently. The license is valid until January 14, but at this moment I am receiving an error. It shows that the license is not intended for the Polish market (I live here). Why could I legally use it earlier and is there a way to make it work for me by January 14th? eh? Everything was bought legally, but the company that sold it no longer exists... 3AJ-7FW-BBK

I bought it legally in Poland on Allegro.pl. Everything was fine for over 2.5 years and suddenly there was such a problem? If there was something wrong, why did ESET allow me to use it until now? The problem is that the seller is unreachable, but if ESET had already informed me that it was not a license for Poland, I would have had a chance to get my money back. Today I feel cheated not only by the seller but also by ESET...

Allegro is an online market where virtually everybody can sell, something like Aliexpress or Ebay. My understanding is that somebody purchased cheap licenses in India and sold them on Allegro before geo restrictions were activated on the license batch. Have you recently uninstalled and reinstalled ESET that you need to re-activate it now? We didn't block updates so if the license was used for activation in the past updates should still download fine.

What is the recommended solution when traveling (or moving) between regions (e.g. between US and EU) while staying on the correct side of RF regulation in each jurisdiction? I know location-aware devices like phones and laptops can adjust their radios to match their current location, but I cannot see how a Flipper could do this (automatically, anyway).

My aim here is to be scrupulously legal: given the open-source firmware, I expect it would be possible to de-restrict the frequencies, but that is not my goal. On the contrary, I would like to travel with my Flipper in a manner that allows all locally permitted frequencies, while not risking accidental transmission on banned ones.

Same issue here in Malaysia - 433 Mhz is openly for short-range radio comms, RFID, remote controlled devices, security devices. This band is regulated under the National Spectrum Plan ( -Spectrum-Plan-2022.pdf) with reference to ITU allocations.

attached is a page of Bahrain national frequency plan, which clearly states that its allowed for Amateur below 25W of power. please change the restriction so i can open my two garages (both are 433Mhz AM660)

uau that fast? jesus, i gess i will do that or do other thing, i did saw an option to change the email in the account maybe i can put another email on that account and use my original email to creat a new account in the corrent region.

Depending on the version of Forza 4 you have, you might be out of luck. The best solution I can think of (without getting into a system hack) would be to sell your game and purchase a US-region specific or region-unlocked game. This kind of sucks, I admit, but maybe you can get lucky with a trade. Either that, or trade in the system.

If you own an NTSC-U/C (US and Canada) system, and you don't live or purchase games in the US or Canada, make sure the game you purchase is region free or NTSC-U/C compatible. The regioning of a game is up to the publisher, so this will vary.
