This note is being sent to GAP client executives, with a copy being sent to each member of the student team and sponsoring partner organization. Links provided are individual by company and password protected.

Dear Timothy,

We are very pleased to send you a video of your team’s final business plan presentation, the presentation slides and the final business plan document. We hope you will share them with colleagues in your organization and that these will serve you well in your internationalization efforts. The link on the attached page will allow you to access and download all of these materials. Please download and save these before March 15, 2014.

Instructions on viewing Final Presentation Video:

· Slides & Camera View:

1. Create a designated folder on your desktop to download the files into.

2. Download the zipped folder from the link above and save in the designated folder (depending on your browser settings, it may open in a pre-designated folder).

3. Right click on the zipped folder and choose “extract all” or “unzip” to unzip the files to your designated folder. If the folder is already open, look for an option on the top left to “extract all files”. Save files to your designated folder.

4. Once completed, open the unzipped folder and double click on the “Default.html” icon. This will open a browser page and a split-screen view will appear with the speaker and the presentation slides together. This video will be playing from the saved folder on your computer.

· Just Camera View:

1. Follow steps 1 & 2 above. Open the downloaded zip folder.

2. Click on the “Content” folder, and open the mp4 file to view the video.
