Hi Hans,


Before going into our final presentation on Saturday, we just have a few final questions about Jexperts that we would like to ask:


1. How many new CHANNEL customers were acquired in 2013? And how many total active CHANNEL customers are there as of 2013?

2. How many customers did Jexperts have for CHANNEL prior to opening Sao Paulo office? Was it only during the opening of the Sao Paulo office that CHANNEL was actively marketed?

3. What kind of companies are categorized under infrastructure in the 2012 revenue? Which category is TAM airlines classified in?

4. Does CHANNEL have a team board?

5. Is there quantified data on a customer’s cost savings from using CHANNEL? (i.e.  reduction in time spent doing manual reports)

6. What is the status of the security certification for cloud-hosting?

7. During our financials discussion before, it was mentioned server hosting for one customer account costs about $120 per month, and that this one customer account can be used by up to 200 users. We just wanted to verify that we understood this correctly.

Two quick questions (points of clarification):

1)  One of the recent questions was about a "team board".  I believe the question was answered from the perspective of a "board of directors" but what we meant to ask was if CHANNEL offers a "team" board or point of communication for a given company's product team to post messages, status updates, etc.  If there are other communication functionalities within CHANNEL that we aren't already familiar with, we would appreciate learning about them.

2)  We wanted to have as much information as possible about current U.S. sales efforts.  We know that you're currently working on a potential sale and wanted to check-in on the status of this effort and if there are any other active sales efforts currently in work.  We may be asked questions about this during our presentation and want to be prepared.

1) yes there is a form of "board" comm ability

2) all sales activities are presently on hold until 2014
