Hans,

We wanted to forward the following two documents to you as soon as possible.  Attached are the final JExperts business plan and the financial model that you requested.  After working with Chad, our graduate advisor, we've added a terminal value to the NPV calculation and slightly revised the out-year operational estimates, we now have an essentially neutral NPV (slightly positive).  Because we've taken a data driven approach with this project, we reverted back to the original plan of "not now".  We suggest tailoring the CHANNEL product and moving to the U.S. market when development and pilot testing is complete.

Additionally, we would like to set-up a call with you for early next week (Monday or Tuesday evening) if this is convenient for you.  This way we can walk you through the changes made since the last draft of the business plan and you can ask us questions.
