We ended up doing a great market survey right near the end of our project. We surveyed 792 naturopathic doctors over a two week period and ended with a 25% response rate. Our survey covered 20% of the total target market in the U.S. We compiled the names from publicly available information on association websites. The names and emails were all input into a database and then sent using a mail-merge functionality to each intended recipient. We believe it strongly bolstered our recommendations to the company.
