GAP Fellows - Student Launch 6/25

Hi Fellows!

Thanks to everyone who contributed to the tips for today! They turned out great.

We're in the process of getting breakout rooms during lunch and the reception to facilitate the meet-and-greet process with your teams on 6/25 Student Launch day, so stay tuned for more info on this.

In the meantime, I'm trying to get a sense of how many fellows will be able to attend the launch day. It would be great to have as many people as possible so we have critical mass as we introduce ourselves to the students. Plus there will be a reception dedicated to us from 6-8pm, so it'll be fun too! :)

Please fill out the google doc with the below:

1. Whether you'll be able to attend the plenary / reception.

2. Fellows intro presentation - Julie, Baldeep and I chatted and thought it would be great to change the format a bit from last year. We were thinking it would be more interesting / engaging to have the Fellows talk about - 1) Challenges, 2) highlights, and 3) why having a GAP fellow helped or in cases where they didn't, how one could have been useful. We thought it would be great to have 5-6 fellows go up and give an anecdote about their GAP experience that addresses these things. Julie will be sending out a sample of what we're envisioning, but if you could let us know whether you would be willing to share your anecdote, that'd be great!!
