Hi Fellows!

Congrats on graduating - you all looked great out there with your awesome blue and yellow GAP Fellow cords. :)

A couple of Fellow updates.

1. Student launch email tips - due THIS WED 6/15 at 9am

Our Fellow tips are due on Wed for the Student launch / Library consult email. You know the drill - please add / modify your tips in the google doc by 9am Wed 6/15.

2. GAP Fellow presentation during Student launch 6/25

Right now, I believe Julie and Brad are signed up to give the presentation. Can you confirm that you're both still available to do this? Is anyone else willing and able to support them for the presentation?

Julie / Brad - when do you think you'll have a draft of the presentation?

3. Contact your teams

Now that all of the teams have been assigned, please reach out to them and make the initial introduction. Also, set up some time to meet with them in-person during the 6/25 student launch. Some good times to set up meet-and-greets are below.

• GAP Fellow reception (6-8pm) --> this is probably the best time since it's after all of their deliverables are turned in, and it's a time dedicated to Fellow intros
• I'm going to see if we can set up little stations for each of us to make it easier for our teams to find us during the reception
• Breakfast (time TBD with final agenda to be sent out on Wed 6/15)
• Working lunch (12:15pm)

I believe Brad had to bow out of the June 25 presentation.  I had volunteered to help out; I'll link up with Julie and see what help is needed, if any.

Yup, I’m working on the pitch and plan to send it out to the group for review, edits, commentary etc, later this week.

A reminder to please go into the Google doc and add your tips for tomorrow's email TONIGHT. So far, I'm the only one who has added tips.

Appreciate the help - I couldn't come up with as many for this one, so would love your input!
