6/25 Student Launch - Logistics Update

Hi Fellows,

Looking forward to seeing most of you on Saturday! A couple of logistics for the day.

1. Syllabus and working lunch breakout rooms

The fellows who arrive in the morning can check in at Kaufman Hall where you will receive a copy of this year's syllabus and the working lunch breakout room assignments. Anyone arriving after 12:30pm can pick up their nametag and copy of the syllabus in GAP office, A307.

Claudia has kindly reserved 2 breakout rooms for us during the reception period 6-8pm in case anyone wants to meet more formally with their teams. We don't have those room #'s yet, but please feel free to ask myself or Claudia the day of and we will be able to direct you.

2. Meeting time and location for presenters and panelists

Below are the details for those who will be participating throughout the day. 

AM GAP Fellows Presentation to the Class

Location: Kaufman Hall

Presentation Start Time: 9:45am

Presenters: Julie, Keith, Krishna, Stefan, Rob, Alex, Sachiko

Meet: Let's meet in the Kaufman Garden Theater (where breakfast is) no later than 8:45am. There will be assigned seats for us toward the front in Kaufman.

Final presentation to Michelle: by Friday 6/24

 

Working Lunch: 12:15 – 2:30pm

Meet with your teams in their respective breakout rooms.

Afternoon Parallel Sessions: 2:30 – 3:30pm
