GAP Company Launch Weekend - Tips, Attendance

To my favorite GAP fellows,

Thanks to everyone who participated in the Primary Research Plenary on Saturday - I heard some great feedback on it! 

A couple of logistics issues as we look forward to the Company Launch weekend (7/22-7/24).

1. Company Launch Tips - due 7/15 at noon

I've started a new section on the google doc - haven't inputted any tips yet, so feel free to be the first! :) As you might remember, this is a big weekend for the teams, so let's make sure to prepare them as best we can.

2. Company Launch - Attendance, parking

I hope most of you will be able to attend the presentations for your teams on Saturday 7/23 from 2-6pm. I will be sending out a list of the breakout rooms as soon as I have it.

• For those of you who are interested, the Cocktails and Dinner on Friday 7/22 at 6pm hosted by UCLA is open to the fellows as well.

• Under “Company” please select the “GAP FELLOW” option, second choice from the top
• The parking is reserved for the whole weekend. All guests will be required to pick up a new parking pass each day (so you will be required to stop at the kiosk before you park), but they are all under the same “Global Access Program (GAP)” block.

3. Company Launch - Fellows dinner on our own 7/23

Thought it might be nice to do a Fellows dinner to check in on how things are going so far and just get some good old fashioned Fellow bonding in.
