附件里是我找到的关于什么是都伯林核心词汇的资料，均是来都伯林词汇协会的主页：

The Dublin Core Metadata Initiative is an open organization engaged in
the development of interoperable online metadata standards that
support a broad range of purposes and business models.

由上描述可知，都伯林词汇是目前国际通用的词汇，建本体时应该首先使用这里面的词汇。DC由最初的15个描述创建者等的元数据词汇(http://
dublincore.org/documents/dces/)，业已发展到今天新增的分类词汇(http://dublincore.org/
documents/dcmi-type-vocabulary/)。
