Hi, can you elaborate a bit more?

Is the text the content that you type in earlier?  Could you mail a screenshot to us?

Thanks.

HI, it seems that you are opening the Gantt chart using Microsoft Word?

A chart created and saved by Gantt Designer can only be opened by Gantt Designer.  If you want to insert a Gantt chart into another document such as Microsoft Word, using clipboard copy and paste will give you the highest fidelity.  Do as follows:

  1. Open your chart in Gantt Designer, click File, Print to clipboard….
  2. Select the rows, left columns, right date ranges you want to see in your Word document.
  3. Click Copy.  This will copy the Gantt chart to your clipboard.
  4. Go to your Word document.  Press Ctrl-V to paste the graphic from the clipboard into your Word document.

Hope this helps.

I have saved the chart but when I reopen it I only get the info in the attachment. The calendar portion is gone.

The message I get is as follows:

This file contains custom XML elements which are no longer supported by word. If you save this file these custom XML elements will be removed permanently.
