[Gantt] Bug found

[Micbug]

These seems to be a bug in the programme that does not enable the
saving of the reference date. Every time a file is opened, the
reference date is set to the current date.

I am currently working on a file with a reference date in the future
(Start of Dec 2010) and every time I open the file, I need to set the
correct reference date as it is returned to the current date on
opening.
