All plugin disappeared on my site

Today all my plugin (gantry included) was disappeared from my site,

now my site is not seen.

I have the 3.4.1 wordpress, i have upgrade to 4.1 ad upgrade the gantry plugin manually via FTP but the other plugin doesn't view.

any help?
