Good Morning guys,

I have what I hope is an easy question.  I would like to move the Responsive Menu Button displayed on mobile phones to the right side of the screen.  It works fine where it is on my site but what I don't like comes down to Aesthetics.  The Menu Button covers up part of the Logo and aesthetically it's just not pleasing.  I've tried moving it up and down on the left but just don't like the look of it.  If I could place it so it shows up on the right side of the screen it would be great and more aesthetically pleasing!

The code I've tried so far with no luck is this:
.gf-menu-toggle {float: right;}
but that obviously didn't work.

Any help you guys can give me in figuring this out would be greatly appreciated.

regards,

Michael

If I understood it right, if you want to align everything on the right then the css there is wrong, you should apply {float: right} to the entire block where logo and menu displays, therefore: #rt-header

Thank you for your reply Alex,

I do not want to align "everything" on the right.  What I want is to move only the Mobile Menu Button, which by default is in the Left Hand corner on Mobile phones.  I would like it to be in the Right Hand corner because there it would be more Aesthetically pleasing.  I have attached a picture for clarification purposes.

regards,

Michael

Got it now, and it's easy, just add this to your gantry-custom.css and should work:

.gf-menu-toggle {
    right: 10px;
}

Alex,

Thank you again for trying to help.  Unfortunately what you suggested caused the menu toggler to spread the width of the screen leaving the 3 little bars on the left.  It's like the 3 little bars have anchored the whole thing to the left of the screen.  I've attached a picture for reference.  Any other ideas?

regards,

Michael

Strange because it did worked fine for me. If you have any compression enabled it might cause issues, like CloudFlare or any J! extension perhaps.

A small addition to Alex' code did the trick for me:

.gf-menu-toggle {
    right: 10px;
    left: auto;
}
