Android Custom Theme Toggle Missing from Panacea Template

Joomla Version 2.5.14
Gantry version 4.1.1
Theme = RT Panacea v1.6.6

I recently updated my site from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5 and am trying to get my it to display the mobile version on Android devices. But the toggle option for Android devices that is supposed to be in the more recent versions of Gantry is not included in the Rocket Theme Panacea template.

Can anybody help me troubleshoot how to add this option back into the template? I tried this solution http://www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=30&t=146238&rb_v=viewtopic#p722740 but it is an older forum post and doesn't resolve the issue for Joomla 2.5.

Or if there is another way around this, to display the same settings for iphones on an Android device, that would work too.
