Battle of Gantry / Joomla Updates vs CSS

Hi all,

I'm using the most recent versions of Joomla and Gantry with the new Paradigm template, or at least I'm trying to. I've spent almost the last twenty-four hours trying to figure out what I missed with a new Paradigm RocketLauncher install... which was about twenty-four hours ago.

If I'm not mistaken there seems to be a big increase in a lot of our design complaints and issues, specifically Gantry. Would I be correct? My biggest issue is that--while there are both big highs and big lows in this as a pattern--any page load on the front end of the site will seem to fail to load the CSS. Again, it may not happen for a half hour of continuous front-end browsing, but all-in-all it is happening about 50% of the time. Six hours in I tried clearing my browser(s) cache and Joomla cache every 15 minutes. Then I spent hours with the Chrome Developer Tools with other programmers. As of now I upgraded my server itself by a very significant measure, and it's still coming up.

Have any of you been having similar issues? I'd love to know any progress other people have made, or even an idea I've yet to think of. We've all known serious technical frustrations, and I'm at the gauntlet.
