How add one Contact form in the Gantry Frameworks?

Hi All,

I am using a Joomla template named Lumiere and it has the one Member access form and I would need to add a Contact form instead for Contact tab, for it, could anybody advice me about this topic?

If your using the contact module its build in
go under component/contact
