Upgrade Bootstrap

Hi, 

I think that the Gantry plugin needs to update Bootstrap to V3. If you look at this post from GitHub, there is a specific problem (an included IE hack) in reset.less that causes image size errors. This is solved in V3.

I don´t know about wordpress, but Joomla! is not compatible with Bootstrap V3 yet.
