The easiest way to install MinGW is through mingw-get, a graphical user interface (GUI) application that helps you select which components to install and keep them up to date. To run it, download mingw-get-setup.exe from the project's host. Install it as you would any other EXE file by clicking through the installation wizard to completion.
Dear Berak , Thanks . I have both downloaded available with me. VS2010 and Mingw almost 1.3 GB data , Got MinGW through mingw-get-setup.exe , have cmake-3.0.0-win32-x86.exe , I also have downloaded MinGWStudioFullSetupPlus-2.exe . I have used codeblocks-10.05mingw-setup.exe to install CodeBlock. I have also tried C::B ver 12 and codeblocks-13.12mingw-setup.exe
This was done on Win7 64bit OS. It's pretty much the same on all Windows, with slight variants. Code::Blocks is also available for Linux and Mac and has been ported to FreeBSD, OpenBSD, and Solaris. This is geared towards beginners that want an awesome, free, open source cross-platform IDE that supports multiple compilers including GCC, Clang and Visual C++. Code::Blocks is oriented towards C, C++, and Fortran, but it can do other languages as well. It has compilers, a code editor, a debugger, project files and build system. If you're going to learn programming or a second language, I would suggest learning C. It's not easy, but it's not as hard as some people make it out to be. Go to the Getting Started pageon the MinGW wiki and download the file mingw-get-setup.exe. As of thiswriting, this is still the version from late 2013, but still delivers areasonably recent version of the gcc and gfortran compilers.
