Welcome Journeymen
A new class of apprentice graduates joined the ranks of proud MACRC journeymen Saturday night in St. Louis. Following four years of the best training in our industry, these students from our St. Louis, Belleville and Cape Girardeau campuses have toughed it out in the classroom and on the job, proving they have what it takes to make a lifelong career in our union. Welcome, and congratulations to each on a job well done!

🎉 The Mid-America Carpenters showed up in full force at the 54th Annual Mexican Independence Day Parade in Chicago’s vibrant Little Village neighborhood! It was an absolute honor to be part of the celebration. Big thanks to all the Brothers and Sisters who came out, brought their families, waved the flags, and repped the Union with pride!
Special shoutout to Local 58 Rep Alex Perez for organizing the day and to the Chicago Federation of Labor for marching alongside us.

| | EST Kevin McLaughlin stopped by the old Thompson Center in downtown Chicago to chat with members and get an update on the buildout’s progress. This is one of the city's most high-profile projects and MACRC carpenters continue to set the bar for safety, productivity and efficiency. | | A lot of work goes into building valued relationships with our contractors, large and small. Raygoza Specialists has provided us years of solid work, like this office remodel in Clayton, MO, where we’re handling the metal studs + drywall, and the insulation with ACI interiors. | | Patients at Dardenne Dental Arts in O’Fallon, MO will have something to smile about when their clinic expands into this spacious new building. Union Carpenters with Cissell Mueller, Orf’s Drywall and Titan are on the job to have Dardenne welcoming patients in a couple of months. | | We were recently at the Farm Show event in Decatur, IL. It’s always a pleasure getting in front of young people and showcasing our trade. College isn’t for everyone, the trades can be that answer. Thanks to our volunteers for your help and to everyone that came by our tents.
