| Our Chicago/Northeast Illinois District organizing department lead Gary G. Perinar III led a professional development workshop focused on team building exercises and leadership. Training areas included: gaining buy-in, taking ownership, and exercises to recognize strengths and acknowledge weaknesses. This preparation sets us up for optimal performance in the real world, delivering for our membership and boosting organizing efforts. Our mission of "Strong Alone, Unstoppable Together" is not just a slogan with this group, it's a lifestyle. | | More than 1,000 students learned firsthand about the Carpenters Union at Build My Future Wichita.
