Teamwork
Big win for Carpenters Local 58 at Plaza del Lago in Wilmette, Illinois. Members and Reps picketed for area standards against MSA Construction and within minutes all non-union carpenters were off the job! This is what focused teamwork can accomplish, great job Brothers!

At state capitals, city halls and street corners, Union Carpenters were out this past week raising awareness about tax fraud and wage theft in the construction industry, which is costing the U.S. $10 billion annually!
It’s flat wrong when ordinary workers struggle to make a living, and when legitimate contractors are iced out of the market—all because of towering greed corrupting the construction industry.
Thanks to everyone standing up for exploited workers, legitimate employers and taxpayers. We will never back down from our fight against shady contractors who cheat the system!
