I'm attempting to setup a firewall rule for the VNC ports but I'm having
a hard time finding any documentation that talks about the range of
ports it'll use. It doesn't seem to be using the standard 5901-5999
range but instead using something in the drbd range like 11152.

The same as the DRBD one, 11000-14999 (check FIRST_DRBD_PORT, LAST_DRBD_PORT in
constants).
