Ganeti 3.1.1 Release

Hey Everyone,

We are pleased to announce the release of Ganeti 3.1.1.

This is primarily a compatibility release, introducing support for Python 3.14 and QEMU 10.2.

Please note: The 3.1 branch continues to rely on Python's asyncore module, which was officially removed in Python 3.12. This does not present an issue for current stable distributions, as Debian, Ubuntu, and other major distributions provide an older version of the asyncore library as a workaround. However, asyncore will be completely removed from the Ganeti codebase in the upcoming 3.2 release.
