Ganeti web manager acts(looks) weirdly

Hello guys,

I would like to ask you for help with ganeti web manager. Firstly some info about my system.
Debian 8, ganeti installed from debian repository (version 2.12). From CLI everything works perfectly. Problem is in web manager.

I installed and configured web manager according to the following guide:
http://ganeti-webmgr.readthedocs.org/en/latest/getting_started/installing.html

But when I open web manager in browser, I dont see the background of the web page... I see links and white webpage. The screenshots are attached.
