Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS and ganeti

Hello,

We've begun deploying Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS so ganeti is now on our radar.

I see:

1) Base ubuntu doesn't have a ganeti package.

2) Two years ago, Apollon updated the PPA for 3.0.1: https://launchpad.net/~pkg-ganeti-devel/+archive/ubuntu/lts

3) There is a 3.0.2 package for jammy (22.04): https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ganeti

4) That is supported by the "Debian Ganeti Team" !!

5) Ganeti 3.0.2 is February 2022 ... is there a newer release in the works, or should we commit to 3.0.2? https://github.com/ganeti/ganeti/releases

I think the easiest path is see if the jammy 3.0.2 works fine on noble, and/or ask the "Debian Ganeti Team" to support a package for noble.
