New Stable Release: Ganeti 2.16.2

Hello Everyone,

yesterday we finally published a new patch release to the 2.16 series:

The new version addresses only a few but important issues:

* Issue #1399 - "gnt-node list shows wrong Sinst count (sinst_cnt)"

* a one-second delay in all internal LuxiD RPC calls has been found & removed

* cluster upgrades through gnt-cluster upgrade now allow upgrading to the upcoming 3.0 release!

Please upgrade, test and report anything unusual back to the mailing lists and/or open Github issues accordingly.
