New issue 277 by simon.de...@gmail.com: No easy way to know which vif/tap
an instance is using
http://code.google.com/p/ganeti/issues/detail?id=277

The subject says is all but more specifically, gnt-instance info <name>
should report the tap<X> used by an instance.

This would be useful for example to virtually unplug an instance from the
network via "bridge delif <bridge> <instance's tap>"

This is perhaps good to target to the status reporting tool, if we export
drbd<->instance associations there too...

I somewhat disagree. The "status" reporting tool should be a monitoring
tool, which reports *dynamic* conditions. Things that are cluster specific
should belong in the normal instance list, etc.

Now this particular piece might still be too dynamic, but I fear seeing
everything labelled "oh it will go in the status reporting tool" :)

Assigning to mtartara@ as the vifs are dynamic, and as such will be
reported on by the monitoring agent.
