I was looking in to getting Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 to install on a Windows Server 2008R2. I have about 5-10 users who remote into the server simultaneously. If I bought this Adobe perpetual license, are all users licensed to use Adobe Acrobat on this one PC- or would I need to buy separate perpetual licenses for each user even though they are using the same device/install?
If you are otherwise happy with Adobe Acrobat and use frequently its features like form creation, commenting, OCR, make editing, etc., and, especially, if you need to check and/or change print/press related properties (do preflight, make color fixes, convert color spaces, check ink usage and examine total coverage colors, etc.), you might be interested in knowing that Adobe still sells Acrobat Pro (version 2020) perpetual licenses (including upgrades from Acrobat Pro and Standard 2017). One never knows how long anything works on macOS, but Acrobat X Pro (and probably some versions earlier than that) still operate without problems on Windows 11 (over a decade after its release), but as Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 is 64-bit, and it does not seem that Intel based apps cease to be supported on Silicon based macs any time soon, it probably becomes much more economical to purchase a perpetual license than paying for a subscription.

We have recently installed Adobe Acrobat 2020 perpetual version, we have both standard and professinoal versions installed. The exe is the same so KACE thinks the pro version is the same as the standard version. I created a custom software that looks for a registry key that differentiats the two versions ( RegistryValueEquals(HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2020\AVEntitlement, iEntitlementLevel, 300) ) 200 for standard and 300 for professional. I then created assets and then licenses for these two softwares but now it wont let me edit the license for them it says "This license needs to be transferred to apply to the new Software Catalog." and if I hit transfer now it changes so I can only use software in the catalog.
