The second is that the company has entered into an agreement with Rave Entertainment to acquire the right to conduct cinema exhibition business at one operational multiplex in Kanpur and six more projects under implementation in NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana totaling 23 screens. This acquisition by itself would contribute to an increase in the Company's multiplex presence by five properties (17 screens) within the next four months .. End result .. huge huge profits ů and a huge huge explosion in stock price ů technically stock is looking highly explosive on charts ů our non stop target 481 ů thereafter 502 ůJust grab it ů!!!

Moser Baer Close : Rs. 380.10 (in cash) Moser Baer the leading name in CD-ROM industry reported unbelievable set of results this year ů yes the company has posted a net profit after taxes of Rs 39.71 crores for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 as compared to just Rs 34.9 lakhs for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 ů Unbeleivable but true ů same is the case with the annual results ůa net profit after taxes of Rs 109.78 crores for the year ended March 31, 2007 as compared to just Rs 4.66 crores for the year ended March 31, 2006. The company has recently recommended issue of Bonus Shares to the Equity Shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 1 Equity Share for every 2 Equity Shares held by them ů A major positive announcement that Moser Baer Photo Voltaic Ltd (MBPV) and IFC, the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, on May 07, 2007 jointly announced that IFC will fund USD 22.5 million (INR 100 crore) to MBPV ů All this is an explosive fundamental story ů Chartically all indicators are looking positive ů Our non-stop tgt Rs. 398 & 412 ůJust do not miss this one ů!!!

Annual results too fabulous ů The Bank has posted a net profit of Rs 759.77 crores for the year ended March 31, 2007 as compared to just Rs 504.48 crores for the year ended March 31, 2006 ů !!!! We know somebody has been huge buyers in the stock ů but we cannot reveal ů for our dear readers only thing to watch out ů 123 rock bottom ů upper side non-stop rally to 135 ů thereafter Rs. 148 ů expect these prices shortly in May futures ů so just grab 25 to 100 lots at the opening bell ůA screaming buy at the opening bell ů!!!
