M/s. Jayantilal Khandwala and Sons Private Limited, Member, BSE
suspended for fifteen days

Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, vide Order dated May 23,
2007, has imposed a minor penalty of suspension of certificate of
registration of M/s. Jayantilal Khandwala and Sons Private Limited, a
registered broker of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE), for a period of
fifteen days for its dealings in the scrip of M/s. Roofit Industries
Ltd. This Order shall come into force immediately on the expiry of
21 days from the date of the Order
