Members are requested to refer to the press release issued by IISL
dated May 17, 2007 in respect of the change in the constituents of CNX
Nifty Junior and CNX 100 indices w.e.f. June 4, 2007.

PRESS RELEASE

The securities of IBP Co. Ltd will be suspended from trading on the
National Stock Exchange w.e.f. June 4, 2007 due to merger of IBP Co.
Ltd. with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.

The Index Maintenance Sub-Committee has decided to make the following
changes in this regard w.e.f. June 4, 2007:

(1) CNX Nifty Junior Index
