Job Summary:
Primary responsibility will be to provide Mac OS X application
development for all client-platform products designed by our client.
Assistance for application development on other platforms, as needed,
will also be required. Significant development experience using the
Cocoa Framework and Objective-C is required. Development experience
with C# and the .NET framework using Mono is desired. Development
experience with C/C++ is also desired. This position reports to the VP
of Engineering.
Position Summary:
Qualified candidates must be a lower lever expert. Must have
experience with device drivers. You will also be responsible for
porting all existing commercial Windows apps to the Mac and helping
create all future apps on the Mac.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Mac OS X software development (architecture, design, coding, test,
etc.).
- Creation of design and code related documentation.
- Documenting and alerting Management to new releases in Apple
Macintosh.
- Assist Architects in defining enabling technologies to enhance
current product line.
- Partition major work products into manageable and measurable
components.
- Coordinate work assignments with other developers though project
management.
- Provide project management with quantifiable data regarding
development status.
- Conduct technical discussions with customers and/or vendors as
required.
- Provide Level 3 product support as required.
- Assist in the development of product deliverable documentation (User
Guides, etc.)
