A question about xml model file

Dear Professors,

 I have a question about the xml_model.py file. It seems that there is not any source without ROI but within " Source Region " included in the xml model file. Why don‘t we take those sources into account? So far as I know, make2FGLxml.py script has considered those sources. 

I am also very concerned with this update, because I want to use Enrico to analyse the new released data of dozens of Fermi/LAT sources as quickly as possible in order to finish my thesis, so I want to know whether it is now able to analyse the new data, just light curve analysis.
