Dear David,

I am facing the same error and it is trying 4-5 times but unable to recover. I think I am using the latest version, since I have installed it yesterday only. I am attaching the error below, please help with this.

Hi David,

I found the pfiles folder at the home directory. I deleted all the contents of the pfiles folder but still causing the same error. Please suggest something solid.
