Dear Gammapy community,this weekend we released Gammapy v0.16! Gammapy v0.16 is a smaller release with focus
on maintenance and unification of the API. A complete list of changes can be found here:https://docs.gammapy.org/0.16/changelog.html#feb-1-2020As usual we also provide a dedicated conda environment file. Detailed instructions for the
