Created the Posterous Gamification Blog

Unless it becomes unmanageable, I'd like to make a group effort of the
Gamification blog on Posterous. If you find something interesting or
worth discussing, feel free to post it there. If you received an
invitation to the Google Group "Gamification" you've also been added
as a "contributor" to the Posterous Gamification blog. This means that
you are authorized to email posts to this blog by sending an email to
po...@gamification.posterous.com.

Please let me know if you run into a problem with any of this.
