Dates for our first online meeting WG4 Mathematics in Games

Dear Members,

Welcome to the Cost Action Computational Techniques for Tabletop Games Heritage workgroup for Mathematics in Games, WG4. It is a pleasure to know we have more than 40 participants in this group.

We will hold our first meeting online. Tentatively we suggest one of three dates 17, 24 or 26 of January 2024. Please vote for your preference using Framedate, by Christmas. The meeting will be held on Zoom. 

The aim of this meeting is to outline our objectives for the year of 2024. It will be an opportunity for brief introductions, an overview of WG4, and a discussion on how we can collectively drive forward this initiative in the coming months.

We are also pleased to announce that the in person meeting will be on March 15, 2024 in Aveiro, Portugal. 

It will be an exchange with more in depth formal presentations and moments to socialise.

Given the number of participants we encourage you to reply to emails only with content that affects the broader group or to contact the destinatary personally.
